Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Leading for Innovation, Development and Industrialization for bonded lingerie and active-wear product for Birichina.
∎ 2. Supervise test protocol for bonded and non-bonded products.
∎ 3. Working with outside vendors to develop trims, machines, tooling and fixtures that result in the manufacturing of high quality products.
∎ 4. Generating documentation on bonding/laser/ultra-sonic that can be used to control traceability and ensure reproducibility.
∎ 5. Working with R&D, Marketing, Quality, and Manufacturing Departments during concept, prototyping, and release of new products.
∎ 6. Reduction Cost of manufacturing by continuous improvement of man, machine, material and method of bonded products.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ -Technical/ quality/ product development experience in the apparel industry.
∎ -English proficiency
∎ -Working experiences in an international environment
∎ -Strong communication skill (written and verbal)
∎ -Ability to work independently and within a Matrix environment.
∎ -Must interact effectively and professionally within a multi-cultural environment.
∎ -Must experience and understanding of all types of bonding/laser/ultra-sonic machines and techniques.
