At least 7-10 years of experience in HR with a focus on talent management, leadership development, and organizational culture.
Proven experience in designing and implementing talent management and succession planning strategies.
Strong understanding of learning and development best practices, including digital and blended learning approaches.
Demonstrated ability to foster an inclusive, values-driven culture in line with feminist principles.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and HR policy implementation.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed organization with a diverse workforce.
Knowledge of emergency response HR practices is an added advantage.

The role and Scope:
- The Manager - Talent Management and Development (TM&D) is responsible for spearheading the design and implementation of a comprehensive talent management and development strategy that nurtures a value-based leadership culture and fosters inclusivity within Plan International Bangladesh. This role focuses on identifying, developing, and retaining high-potential employees, ensuring robust succession planning, and promoting continuous learning and development opportunities. The Manager will work closely with the Director - People & Culture to manage employee relations, ensuring a positive work environment aligned with the organization’s values and principles.
- People & Culture department is adapting Business Partnering model to bring effectiveness and efficiency in people management and this position will also give particular focus on the country’s learning infrastructure (Plan Academy, Support on the Go), supporting consultancy service to business teams on learning and development objectives as well as in coaching and mentoring to create a culture of that embrace Plan’s value-based leadership (underpinned by feminist leadership principles). This role plays a critical role in identifying the skill needs and support the functional teams in making learning plans to fill up the gaps.
- Manager-TM&D will ensure that the P&C Specialists are well braced with clear purpose, guidelines and capacity development support to present right solutions to its stakeholders. This position will be responsible for organizational development initiatives to be managed as well.
