Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drive SQ shop floor software implementation project
∎ Lead operation data cell department
∎ Initiate process improvement projects in relation to SQ shop floor software implementation and work with the manufacturing teams
∎ Introduce/revise standard operating procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing
∎ Drive weekly/monthly project review meetings effectively
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Building process flow chart document in MS Visio
∎ Ability to operate advanced MS Excel
∎ Hands-on experience in ERP and the system-based environment (Apparel Industry)
∎ Knowledge of lingerie, activewear and sweater manufacturing
∎ Experience in data management/ digitalization projects
∎ Leadership skills to achieve project goals under pressure
∎ Proficient communication skills both in written and verbal
∎ Ability to work with all levels of the organization
∎ Positive thinker with never give up attitude
∎ Readiness to learn new methods/ways and new concepts
∎ Wiliness to work in a manufacturing environment
