Job Requirements:

• Professional certifications in procurement and supply chain management will be considered a strong advantage.

• Proven experience in toll manufacturing within the pharmaceutical industry is essential.

• Minimum of 12 to 15 years of relevant experience with demonstrated expertise in supply chain management, toll manufacturing operations, and cross-functional coordination.

• Comprehensive knowledge of GMP, regulatory compliance requirements, and quality assurance protocols.

Other Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is essential.

• Experience with SAP systems related to supply chain and manufacturing operations in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Bangla.

Major Job Responsibilities:

• Production & Quality Oversight: Supervise toll site manufacturing, ensuring Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)/Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) compliance through regular audits and training.

• Supply Chain & Vendor Coordination: Manage production schedules, material supply, deliveries, and maintain strong vendor relationships.

• Issue Resolution: Address operational challenges, deviations, and compliance issues promptly to avoid supply disruptions.

• Strategic & Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate toll operations with corporate production plans while working closely with Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), Regulatory Affairs (RA), Warehouse (WH), and Finance.

• Reporting & Cost Control: Prepare production and compliance reports, track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). support regulatory documentation, and monitor expenses for cost efficiency.

Job Location: Corporate Headquarters (with-60% frequent travel to toll sites and ~40% onsite at CHQ), Dhaka.
