∎ Reporting into the General Manager, Candidate will have full responsibility for Retail sales, superior store and inventory.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the international standard retail store and super shop.
∎ Work in the root level retail market to meet the requirement for successfully developing retail market.
∎ Conduct market research to identify retail market development possibilities and evaluate retailers as well as customer needs.
∎ To develop Store Management Plan and Operational Store Management Plan
∎ To manage both inward and outward stock movement whilst maintaining accuracy and integrity of the store/s inventory records including all associated documentation and record keeping for accounting purposes.
∎ Ensure profitable relationship with retailers to achieve long term loyalty & profitability.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years

∎ Should be strong analytical skills, organizational skills, Proactive, result-oriented, and work collaborator
∎ Work in an innovative way for simplifying tasks and assignments
