∎ Having working experience as Manager in Shwapno, Agora, or Mina Bazar will get high preference.
∎ Shop Manager tends to have good qualifications, but they are also extremely knowledgeable about sales and retail management.
∎ Areas of study may include Retail Management, Marketing, Sales Management, Business Administration, and Strategic Management.
∎ Being able to effectively lead teams.Being able to manage stressful situations.
∎ Being flexible.Being able to maximize customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The Super Shop Manager will be a professional and customer service-oriented manager to oversee daily operations at our shop.
∎ The Shop Manager will supervise the operational and organizational standards of the shop.
∎ His/her duties will include undertaking administrative tasks, monitoring inventory levels, developing business strategies, managing the shop management, and dealing with the customer.
∎ Able to make decisions.He/she must be able to improve customer satisfaction and meet monthly sales goals.
∎ In addition to being an excellent communicator, you should also demonstrate outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills.
∎ He/she must be able to manage a shop or store, the staff, and the day-to-day activities, which is the responsibility of a Shop Manager.
∎ He/she carries out responsibilities that may include training, recruiting, project management, and stocktaking.
∎ Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and ensure/enhance profitability.
∎ Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.
∎ Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits.
∎ Undertake store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.
∎ Monitor inventory levels and order new items.Handling sales matters.Developing marketing strategies.
∎ Doing merchandising.
∎ Maintaining the budgets and expenditure.Attending management meetings.
∎ Keeping abreast of stocks and merchandise levels.
