∎ Stay updated on global immigration policies and compliance regulations, especially for the UK and other key study destinations.
∎ Oversee daily operations of the visa processing team, ensuring efficiency and timely application submissions.
∎ Verify visa applications for accuracy and completeness, ensuring all documentation meets the required standards.
∎ Lead, train, and mentor a team of visa officers, counselors, and consultants.
∎ Conduct performance evaluations and provide professional development opportunities.
∎ Maintain strong professional relationships with key stakeholders, including educational institutions, embassies, consulates, and government bodies.
∎ Ensure excellent customer service through clear communication and timely resolution of queries.
∎ Review and approve visa applications, ensuring accuracy in documentation and adherence to visa procedures.
