• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Service Marketing

• Age 25 to 35 years

• Operate and manage POS software efficiently

• Set up products in POS, update prices, barcodes, SKUs, and stock details

• Maintain and track inventory (in/out stock, transfers, low-stock alerts)

• Create and print invoices/bills accurately for every sale

• Ensure all sales are properly recorded in POS — no manual gaps

• Supervise salesmen and give clear daily instructions

• Set daily and monthly sales targets for sales staff

• Monitor individual salesman performance and push for results

• Ensure showroom discipline, product display, and customer handling standards

• Daily sales reporting to the Founder (sales, revenue, stock movement)

• Maintain cash vs POS reconciliation at end of day

• Identify fast-moving and slow-moving products and report insights

• Handle customer issues, returns, and exchanges professionally

• Coordinate with procurement/management for restocking needs

• Ensure brand standards, authenticity communication, and premium service at all times

• Support marketing or promotional activities inside the store when required

• Take ownership — this role is results-driven, not clock-driven
