1. Applicant should have experience in Steel Re Rolling Mills/Steel melt shop.
2. Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
3. Sound knowledge in store/warehouse & inventory management.
4. Adequate knowledge of inventory management software.
5. Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports.
6. Practical experience in Microsoft word, excel and email correspondence.
7. Sound written and verbal communication skill in Bengali and English.
8. Interpersonal skill and team work skill & problem solving skill. 

1. Ensure proper storage of all raw materials and spare parts.
2. Monitor inventory planning, EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) planning, develop inventory management systems, maintain stock levels, and coordinate the logistics of orders and transfers.
3. Prepare plan to optimize inventory control procedures and analyze data to anticipate future needs.
4. Prepare GRN (Good Receipt Note) in due time by using ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software.
5. Raise material requisition according to the demand of production department.
6. Ensure daily materials delivery from store to production floor as per their demand.
7. Monitor, analyze and update daily consumption & take out of raw materials, daily stock status in the software.
8. Ensure store reorder level, over stock level, FEFO (First Expire First Out), FIFO (First-in, First-out), LIFO (last-in, First-out) systems.
9. Conduct training of store keepers to provide correct items against the demands.
10. Prepare different types of reports i.e. daily production report, raw material consumption report, inventory report, dispatch report.
11. Maintain record of scrap materials and update to the management accordingly.
12. Assist in internal auditor during annual internal inventory audit.
