Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage day-to-day store operations as per the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure).
∎ Follow up of Stock Register for all Items.
∎ Ensure requirements of all accessories according to buyer’s demand & supply to the factory according to consumption.
∎ Prepare all remaining accessories summary and report to the management after shipment.
∎ Ensure proper store compliance regarding goods inbound & out bound, warehouse management, safety and security within the store.
∎ Check and supervise the daily receiving, issuing reports and all other documents related with materials movement of the store.
∎ Monitor the MRR, delivery challan and gate pass.
∎ Ensure proper reconciliation of materials for both issue & stock along with records.
∎ Prepare monthly stock closing summery & reconciliation report and submit to the management.
∎ Monitoring & make comparison report to purchase requisition & budge control.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 08 to 10 years of experience in any reputed RMG industry.
∎ Ability to understand the concepts and trends of global fashion industries.
∎ Must have knowledge on ERP system
∎ Knowledge on SAP will be considered as extra priority.
∎ Sound knowledge about technical audit.
∎ Excellent command in both spoken and written English.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
