Job Responsibilities:
∎ To follow-up/assist in recruitment, training, inactive process
∎ To follow up/ input HR software data including joining, separation, increment, loan, leave, manual attendance, workers shift, etc.
∎ To follow up the canteen, child care & security gate
∎ To assist HR for salary and wages preparation
∎ To handle/assist in managing the grievance
∎ To manage/assist in managing all HR documentation
∎ To motivate and counsel workers on various issues
∎ To follow up on workers' transportation and food facilities
∎ To monitor workers lunch & tiffin
∎ To follow up on housekeeping issues & disciplinary issues
∎ To monitor employee’s safety issues
∎ To follow up on PC member’s activities
∎ To ensure the buyer's compliance
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 29 to 33 years
∎ Self-driven and assertive individual with business acumen.
∎ Interpersonal, initiative, analytical thinker, conflict resolution skill,s and decision-maker with leadership abilities.
∎ Must be a team player.
∎ Able to multi-task and take the pressure.
∎ Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
∎ Excellent written and oral communication skills.
