Sales & Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare monthly sales planning & execute accordingly to achieve sales target & explore new customer of feeds industry
∎ Collect market data about business scenarios like competitors sales volume, market position etc. and suggest management about the market policy
∎ Acquire product knowledge on own products as well as competitors product, price, feature and promotional activities and train the sales team accordingly
∎ Develop modern and effective sales and marketing strategy in order to achieve sales target
∎ Supervise, monitor and follow up team members to retain existing and potential customers and increase sales volume of feeds
∎ Guide the sales team to identify and develop new streams for revenue growth and maintain relationship with customers to achieve repeat /referral business
∎ Coordinate & Communicate with the distribution & logistics team to ensure timely delivery of product
∎ Prepare reports for management e.g. Sales report, Sales Forecast, Target setup, Market analysis etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent analytical skill, report writing and presentation skills, problem solving skills.
∎ Good command over written and oral communication skills in English.
∎ Self-driven and cope with change.
∎ Well groomed, energetic & ability to work under pressure.
∎ Strong interpersonal skill to communicate with people.
∎ Team player & able to work under pressure.
∎ Able to meet target & deadline.
