Job Context:
∎ We are looking for two senior techno-marketing professionals who will lead our Sales & Marketing team of Sylhet and Rajshahi zone. The candidate who is currently working or had previous working experience in any ISP of Sylhet or Rajshahi region will get extra preference.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for identifying potential clients from Sylhet / Rajshahi region
∎ Visit potential customers for new business
∎ Gather market and customer information
∎ Generating Leads, Making Calls, and Building prospects on the pipe line
∎ Responsible for achieving the Team's Sales Target
∎ Reviewing own sales performance aiming to meet or exceed targets
∎ Analyze and review potential business to ensure maximum profitability
∎ Develop customer retention plan and collect market information and channel to proper authority
∎ Develop sales strategy for maximization of Company's goals and profitability
∎ Ensure there is a monthly/quarterly action planned defined for each team member
∎ Assist in developing an effective process to identify the potential customers and allocate necessary resources for positive outcome
∎ Lead the team with an efficient and effective way to attain targets
∎ Identify, establish and manage multi-tiered relationships across customer and company to ensure long-term business partnership
∎ Provide report on target, performance and justification for business outcome
∎ Ensure after sales service for customer satisfaction coordinating with the support team & Management
Additional Requirements:

∎ Minimum 5 years' experience at ISP/ IT Industry with 2 years in Managerial level
∎ Selling experience of ISP product, HW & IPTSP solution will be given preferences

∎ Able to implement target oriented sales plan.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
