Educational Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement safety policies and procedures on Structural, Fire and Electrical safety to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and to promote a safe and healthy work environment.
∎ Structural Safety: Ensure the building structure of the factory should be designed and constructed to withstand loads and stresses from machinery, equipment, and workers. The structure should be regularly inspected for any signs of wear and tear, cracks, or other damages that may compromise the integrity of the building.
∎ Fire Safety: Ensure factory should have adequate fire prevention and protection measures in place. This includes fire alarms, smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, fire sprinklers, and emergency evacuation routes. The factory should conduct regular fire drills to ensure workers are familiar with the evacuation procedures.
∎ Electrical Safety: Ensure electrical installations in the factory should be designed and installed in compliance with local electrical codes and regulations. Workers should be trained on electrical safety procedures, including how to use electrical equipment, proper grounding, and avoiding electrical hazards.
∎ Identify potential hazards and risks of structural, fire and electrical in the workplace, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
∎ Ensure all the detection and protection systems are functional and maintenance accordingly.
∎ Handle RSC, Nirapon, safety audit and coordinate to project and maintenance team for each documentation as per standard.
∎ Continuously monitor and improve the organization's structural, fire and electrical safety programs to ensure they are effective and efficient.
