∎ Age 28 to 40 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Responsible for the delivery (Grey issue to shipment) account of IKEA.
∎ • Report to head of marketing account manager regarding production status.
∎ • Make process wise weekly grey issue plan according to the process lead time.
∎ • To ensure grey fabric according to the shipment plan.
∎ • Prepare dyeing & printing priority wise sequence for IKEA.
∎ • Review fabric status from grey demand stage to cutting to feed the stitching production line smoothly.
∎ • Review the accessories status to run the stitching and packing production line smoothly.
∎ • Collect the minutes allocation for next month order quantity from IE department ( 15 days prior) and find the bottleneck process and maximize the production to meet the shipment timely.
∎ • Level the week wise allocation by discussing with responsible personal from marketing department.
∎ • Meet the planning adherence more than 90% and prepare cutting production plan and packing production plan to meet the shipment on time.
∎ • Process wise follow up and update the status and shared with concern department.
∎ • After finish fabric inspection, if there any problem found in the finished fabric, communicate with concerned person to solve the issues.
∎ • To ensure the fabric delivery to the cutting dept. according to the cutting plan.
∎ • Report to the reporting manager about daily work regularly.
