Job Responsibilities:
∎ MARKETING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ The Manager/ Sr. Manager Marketing:
∎ Directs the marketing and promotion of the school and its programmes, positioning the school as the "premier level school of choice" in Dhaka.
∎ Is principally responsible with any external organisation providing services related to public relations and marketing.
∎ Manages the school's brand, institutional reputation and identity (including visual identity integrity).
∎ Maximises communication channels including online, social media and print publications.
∎ Ensures that content for the school's digital platforms are optimized for organic searches.
∎ Ensures that special events and visits are photographed and/or videoed.
∎ Receives and organizes images in a school media gallery.
∎ MARKETING DUTIES
∎ Strategize online media marketing
∎ Run advertising campaigns
∎ Prepare, propose and manage marketing budget
∎ Plan and execute targeted on and off-site marketing campaigns
∎ BRANDING
∎ Formulate the school branding strategy
∎ Manage the School brand, institutional reputation, and identity
∎ Plan banners, posters, danglers, etc when required
∎ Renovate the school facilities for branding
∎ Plan brand identifiers and branding materials
∎ COMMUNICATIONS & PR
∎ Strategize PR communications
∎ Liaise between the school and PR firm
∎ Maintain relationships with embassies, High Commissions, local and multinational companies, and clubs
∎ Ensures that the content of the website is updated and optimized for unified branding and communication
∎ Managing communication channels including website, email, social media, and publications.
∎ Assist the primary and secondary schools in communications with the school community
∎ Responsible for communicating new ventures and development of the school to parents, students, and staff as applicable
∎ Preparing and circulating press releases as required from time to time
∎ Plan and develop articles and editorials from the school
∎ EVENTS
∎ Plan and execute school community and outside community events
∎ Formularize strategy for promoting events
∎ Prepare, propose and manage event budget
∎ Coordinate and assist with faculties on organizing exhibitions and drama productions
∎ Plan and arrange webinars, and organize radio and tv shows from the school
∎ TEAM PLAY
∎ Assisting, guiding and managing team members
∎ Training the team members on their requirement
∎ Ensures that works are performed in a timely fashion as required by the CEO/Principal.
∎ REPORTING
∎ Prepare periodical reports for the school board
∎ Provide a periodical media analytics report
∎ Prepare a wide range of reports requested by the grou
∎ ADMISSION
∎ This position will be responsible for admission
∎ He/She will work very closely with the admission team
