Educational Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervising the project team allocated to the project, defining main guidelines, allocating project tasks, and motivating and monitoring internal and external resources to accomplish all tasks and milestones
∎ Defining jointly with the Project Manager, all project plan documents, including the scope and financial plans, schedule and risk management plans.
∎ Assisting Project manager in monitoring and controlling progress of all works under taken & precursor activities of MEPF Works. Arranging daily briefing to MEPF team (in house/external vendors both) to complete all pre activities to timely start of interiors/ fit-out works.
∎ Overseeing project billing status, cost, expenses and cash flow and identifying, qualifying, quantifying and managing project risks, and ensuring that all opportunities are identified and pursued.
∎ Capturing, evaluating and sharing lessons learned throughout the project and ensuring that the project is formally closed out, as contractually agreed along with driving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out and its acknowledgement by the customer.
∎ Coordinating with supply chain management, and successfully procures required services, materials and equipment for the project from external and internal suppliers.
∎ Acting as key contact for the finishing vendors/suppliers and an escalation point for project issues and responsible for building. 8. Maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and effectively communicates with all stakeholders.
∎ Providing support in day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring of the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors.
∎ Acting as the main technical adviser on construction site for subcontractors, craftspeople and operatives.
∎ Assisting Project Manager in managing and delivery of the project.
∎ Checking the plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations, Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials, timely submission of material requisitions to get the timely material delivery.
∎ Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the consultants or architect.
∎ Liaising with the subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyor and the general workforce involved in the project.
∎ Overseeing the quality control and health and safety matters on site.
∎ Preparing reports as and when required, assisting in resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
∎ Reporting to Project & Construction Manager.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 15 years in the construction of buildings, specifically finishing/interior works of commercial/mix-use buildings, start to handover of the Project.
∎ Must have good command in English Language
