∎ Skills Required: Good Communication Skill (Bangla and English), Good Liaison Communication Skill with Govt. Non Govt. personnel, Planning and monitoring

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing application, collecting approval plan and various clearance from RAJUK, and coordinating with RAJUK in respect of any other issues.
∎ Dealing with Fire and Civil Aviation and other Government authorities for adopting clearance regarding fire issues.
∎ Coordinating with all the other regulatory bodies such as REHAB, City Corporation office, WASA office, DESCO office, Gas office, RISC, BRTA in respect of any issue in favor of the company.
∎ Keeping liaison with Bashundhara Authority Office and collecting all kinds of approval and permissions like gate pass, temporary gate pass, engineer audit, land document checking, casting approval, advertisement permission, etc.
∎ Renewing different kinds of licenses, and updating documents accordingly.
∎ Maintaining relations with police and government security agent and dealing with them whenever necessary in favor of the company.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Self-motivated.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ In-depth knowledge of the Real Estate industry and its logistics-related issues.

Salary: Negotiable
