∎ At least 10 year(s)

Cost optimization, Internal Audit
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review the business processes of the organization objectively.
∎ Evaluate the efficacy of risk management procedures that are currently in place.
∎ Protect the assets of the organization against fraud and theft.
∎ Ensure that the organization is complying with relevant laws and statutes of the Government.
∎ Prepare development models to improve internal controls and governance processes.
∎ Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations' effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations.
∎ Determine internal audit scope and develop annual plans.
∎ Obtain, analyze and evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts etc.
∎ Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings.
∎ Conduct follow up audits to monitor the interventions of the Management.
∎ Engage in continuous knowledge development regarding sector's rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards.
∎ Continuously visit depots and give findings for improvement.
∎ Prepare and present reports that reflect audit's results and documentation process.
