∎ Bachelor of Arts (BA), Diploma in Engineering in Textile Engineering, Master of Arts (MA), Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Science

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 55 years
∎ Strong Leadership & Good Communication skills.
∎ Must have Managerial experience in the Folding & Inspection department. (Woven)
∎ Should have good knowledge of Fabric Quality Inspection.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Responsible for take all decision on Production and Quality control management matters.
∎ 2. Responsible for take all decision on product quality matters during all processing stages starting from finishing to delivery.
∎ 3. Responsible for maintain all documents, communication & reports related to production and quality control activities.
∎ 4. Responsible for work area environment including safety and Compliance Handling.
∎ 5. Responsible to identify and request to initial Training needs for subordinates.
∎ 6. Responsible to optimize production cost by avoiding issuance of extra quantity of accessories/ materials than requirements.
∎ 7. Responsible for ensure Right, First, Time folding and delivery and Minimize Re-work.
∎ 8. Responsible for delegate his authority to his sub ordinate with responsibility and continuous monitoring.
∎ 9. Responsible for manage and deploy work force of his department according to required assignments.
∎ 10. To do shade assessment, Shade Matching, And overall Quality related issues.
∎ 11. Responsible for quality and wastages within management described limits.
∎ 12. Responsible for write, revise, validate system and procedures in quality control department.
∎ 13. Responsible for minimize folding and delivery short quantity conjunction with DGM processing and AGM operation.
∎ 14. Any Other Task assigned by the superior.
