Experience:

• Highly Skilled in MS Office Package, AutoCAD, PVSyst (If an Electrical Engineer)

Job Overview:

RFL Group aims to establish a strategic Renewable Energy business unit by executing rooftop and ground-mounted solar EPC projects for in-house, external, Government, and Corporate Power Purchase Agreement clients. This role combines business development mainly for Government, commercial and industrial projects in and outside of Dhaka.

We are seeking a competent and experienced individual to expand the business and implement it. The position requires hands-on experience in solar EPC project development, proposal and tender preparation, BOQ and cost preparation, stakeholder engagement, regulatory compliance and project development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and source potential Government, commercial, and industrial solar project opportunities, including participation in Government tenders and bidding processes.

• Prepare and submit Expressions of Interest (EOI), Requests for Proposal (RFP), detailed project proposals, technical documents, and all supporting materials required for client and regulatory approvals.

• Build and maintain strong engagement with Government agencies, regulatory authorities, corporate clients, and industry stakeholders to promote RFL Solar’s capabilities.

• Collaborate with internal departments and cross-functional teams to ensure timely preparation, documentation, and approval of bids and contracts.

• Conduct in-depth analysis of budgets, policies, regulations, and industry reports to support proposal development and strategic decision-making.

• Review bid documents thoroughly, ensuring alignment with terms, conditions, compliance standards, and client requirements.

• Conducting project site visits on a regular basis to supervise and collect data to prepare BOQs, and estimate costs.

• Carry out regular project site visits to supervise progress, gather technical data, prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and estimate costs for accurate project planning and execution.
