Additional Requirements:

• Strong background in solution design, installation planning, and after-sales service processes.

• Experience in product sourcing and development with international suppliers.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to engage both technical teams and CXO-level clients.

• Leadership skills to guide and monitor corporate sales & service teams.

Responsibilities & Context:

• Support the corporate sales team in technical solutioning, presentations and negotiations.

• Identify and develop new B2B opportunities in sectors like banks, hospitals, telcos, data centers, and factories.

• Provide end-to-end technical expertise for IPS, Online UPS, ESS, Solar & new technology battery products, including testing, certification and supplier coordination.

• Develop and improve pre & post sales service processes to ensure efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction.

• Conduct market intelligence on competitor products and pricing to support product positioning and strategy.

• Assist in new product development by providing technical insights and feedback from the field.

• Work with suppliers, marketing, and service teams to ensure smooth warranty management, training, and technical support.
