Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generate and implement efficient sourcing and category management strategies
∎ Analyses and calculate costs of procurement and suggest methods to decrease expenditure
∎ Work with factories to carry out improvements to achieve better product cost for accessories while ensuring product quality and delivery on time.
∎ Monitor and evaluate all trims & accessories of as per buyer requirements.
∎ Optimize sourcing procedures to attain maximum efficiency; update the status with all trims/accessories & cross check with concern Head of Merchandising that all items are enlisted.
∎ Collect accessories price from different suppliers, negotiate with them and finally take approval from management.
∎ Estimate risks and apply risk minimizing techniques
∎ Collect the PI as well as proceed for payment (LC/Cash).
∎ Collect store inventory report as per production status and store through subordinates inventory record.
∎ Searching and Sourcing with trustworthy vendors and suppliers
∎ Verify all development with merchandising dept for proper and accurate sourcing against required quality and standers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be skilled in the use of computer including MS-Office, Excel, Internet, E-mail Browsing etc
∎ Proactive
∎ Honest, Enthusiastic and hard working
∎ Strong Analytical skills
∎ Cooperative in team work
∎ Perform works timely
