Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute marketing strategies: Create comprehensive marketing plans to promote software products, considering target audience, market trends, and competitive landscape.
∎ Content creation and management: Produce engaging and persuasive content for various marketing channels, including website, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and product documentation. Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all platforms.
∎ Lead generation and conversion: Implement lead generation strategies, such as SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, and content marketing, to attract qualified leads. Optimize conversion funnels to maximize lead-to-customer conversion rates.
∎ Market research and competitive analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings. Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities and provide insights for product positioning and messaging.
∎ Campaign management: Plan, execute, and measure the success of marketing campaigns across different channels. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using data-driven approaches to optimize marketing efforts.
∎ Collaboration and coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and design, to align marketing initiatives with business goals. Provide input on product positioning, pricing strategies, and feature prioritization.
∎ Customer engagement and retention: Develop strategies to nurture customer relationships and increase customer retention rates. Develop customer advocacy programs, referral initiatives, and loyalty programs.
∎ Analytics and reporting: Track and analyze key marketing metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and campaign performance. Generate regular reports to evaluate marketing effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience in software marketing, preferably in B2B or SaaS environments.
∎ Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and effectively communicate complex software concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
∎ Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies.
∎ Knowledge of software development lifecycle, technology trends, and the competitive software market is a plus.
∎ Experience of preparing tender documents (technical & financial) for govt., autonomous and NGO will be preferred.
