• Must have the ability to work independently and individually to achieve company targets.

• Oversee all aspects of factory operations, including production planning, distribution, scheduling, and workflow management.

• Physically engage in field marketing activities and handle door-door client interactions to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

• Execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to promote products and increase market share.

• Manage the factory operations, monitoring expenses and controlling costs.

• Must have the ability to report day-to-day activities to management/managing director, as and when required.

• Achieve company sales targets by developing effective sales strategies and proper distribution initiatives.

• Handle interactions with regulatory authorities to ensure the company complies with all relevant laws and regulations.

• Ensure effective communication and transparency in all operations and marketing activities.
