As the Manager of our Sneaker Division, you will be at the forefront of our brand, responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations, from sales performance and inventory management to team leadership and customer satisfaction. You'll ensure our stores and online presence reflect the cutting-edge style and quality our customers expect.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and Inspire: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

• Drive Sales: Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets, analyze market trends, and identify new opportunities.

• Operational Excellence: Oversee inventory management, visual merchandising, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Customer Experience: Champion exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our sneaker community.

• Brand Ambassador: Represent our brand with enthusiasm and expertise, staying up-to-date on the latest sneaker releases and industry news.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (3+ years) in a managerial role within the retail footwear industry, with a strong focus on sneakers.

• Demonstrated experience in contributing to the inception, growth, or significant early-stage development of a sneaker company or brand is highly desirable.

• Demonstrable leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.

• A deep understanding of sneaker culture, trends, and product knowledge.

• Proficiency in retail management software and MS Office Suite.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
