Job Context:
∎ SKS Foundation has been implementing SKS Printers at Gaibandha district.
∎ The mentioned position will be recruited for overall operation of SKS Printers.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow and meet up daily, weekly and monthly production plan and target ensuring maximum utilization of machines with minimum wastage.
∎ Productivity analysis and optimization.
∎ Ensure on-time delivery of finished goods.
∎ Improve manufacturing lead time.
∎ Maintain collaboration with central planning, pre-press, customer service, sales and product development team.
∎ Liaise with Quality to ensure Product Quality and compliance. Ensure comprehensive follow up and corrective actions on customer complaints.
∎ Monitor and evaluate team members, and adjust training where needed to attract, retain and develop high potential talent.
∎ Optimize and partner with Supply chain, support Supply chain processes through regular interaction.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Graphic design knowledge.
∎ Paper calculation.
∎ Smooth knowledge of accounts & maintain administration.
∎ Skill in staff management.
∎ Sound knowledge of CTP machine operation.
