∎ Marketing & Sales Back ground will get preferred.
∎ Those who have worked as a Branch Manager in WALTON, Minister, My-one, SINGER, Esquire Electronics, Best Electronics, Electro Mart, LG, SAMSUNG and other Home Appliance Outlets Branches are Highly preferable to requested to apply.

Job Context:
∎ You will be responsible for managing a Showroom or Brand Shop. You may e designated as Manager depending on your background.
∎ Urgent Recruitment. (Permanent)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Presenting & selling company products / services to current & potential clients.
∎ The building, establishing, & maintaining a good relationship with clients.
∎ Strong strategic thinking and negotiation skills.
∎ Developing, maintaining good product & Marketing Knowledge.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Have to maintain & control the Marketing & Sales department.
∎ Must have to achieve the sales target.
∎ Formulating and executing sales plans.
∎ Leading a sales team within the showroom/Brand Shop.
∎ Ensuring compliance with all Showroom policies & procedure.
∎ Maintaining & ordering appropriate inventory to enhance sales & profit.
∎ Develops and maintains outstanding working relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Maintaining proper merchandising of the showroom/Brand Shop.
∎ Maintain clean and safe environment.
∎ Conducting market promotions & campaigns.
∎ Prepare bill, challan, quotations, as required.
∎ Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office, or entering figures into a computer software.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 years or more experience in managing a retails shop in Consumer Electronics business.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skill.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Be ready to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ Good knowledge in MS Office & ERP.
Salary: Tk. 12000 - 20000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Credit card, Profit share
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
