Responsibilities & Context:

We are Bangladeshi’s conglomerate ESPANIA INTERNATIONAL with a longstanding legacy of excellence, looking for a dynamic, ambitious & aggressive Showroom & Direct Sales Manager for our Gulshan Showroom where 2 brands (SPANISH & CHINESE) imported highly exclusively premium tiles are selling to our valued Customers across both residential and commercial segments.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, developers and retailers.

• Promote and sell imported tiles (Spain/China), wooden flooring.

• Conduct product presentations and client visits regularly.

• Achieve sales targets and generate business leads through strategic planning and market research.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
