Job Context:
∎ We are seeking some high dynamic sales & marketing professionals who will be responsible to cover the both markets of corporate & direct at all sphere of the Tiles & Ceramics arena with our highly segmented imported products.
∎ Have to sell highly segmented imported tiles.
∎ Ability to work independently and under pressure, sales target achieves, regular follow-up with client.
∎ To look after Advertisement & direct sales, product promotion activities.
∎ To look after customer queries, corporate sales & customer retention
∎ Must be target oriented
∎ Monitoring, review and report on all sales activities.
∎ Keep the management update on periodical sales progress.
∎ Can lead buyer meeting independently.
∎ Strong oral and written communication skill both in Bengali and English.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Corporate & Direct Sales Development Plan, Strategy and Planning.
∎ Responsible for selling at Office to Office.
∎ Responsible for selling residential area & multi storied buildings.
∎ Responsible for hunting customers directly.
∎ Responsible to meet prospective Architects.
∎ Convince clients in terms of products to increase of sell.
∎ Achieve sales target given by Management.
∎ Build and promote strong, long-lasting relationships with corporate houses & hunted clients.
∎ Follow up and visit prospective customers regularly.
∎ Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully executing the sales plan.
∎ Preparation of Presentation of the proposal and assigned subject matters.
∎ Able to do door-to-door corporate sales and generate new sales directly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Must be pleasant personality.
∎ Business own ship mentality.
∎ Obedient & loyal to the Company & Company Business.
∎ Highest level of dedication to the Company & Business.
Salary:
