∎ Maintain showroom standards, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
∎ Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance, fostering a positive team culture.
∎ Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer loyalty.
∎ Prepare reports on sales performance and operational activities for management review.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends and new product launches.
