Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Preparing the business strategy, annual plan and contingency plans for the selected SBUs of AML business
∎ Leading the team for management’s support in regular strategic and diplomatic communication, preparation of research materials, speech, and discussion points.
∎ Working on different projects, sharing plans accordingly, and formulating and designing dashboards for AML busines
∎ Searching for new business opportunities, researching, and partnering finding.
∎ Assisting in introducing new channels (including an online e-commerce platform) to increase the sales of SBUs.
∎ Pitching presentations as required by the business and developing social media plans for the business as required.
∎ Ensuring cost optimization/ process improvement initiative/ support from value chain partners
∎ Conduct marketing and other communication processes to internal and external stakeholders as required.
∎ KRA, KPI, and business scorecard development for the SBUs.
∎ Providing financial projections for financing purposes.
∎ Initiating, preparing, and circulating economic review, AML business strategy
∎ Conduct monthly business review meetings and dashboard monitoring to submit management report
∎ Looking for alternative sources of funding to optimize the financing cost of the company.
∎ Ensuring digital strategic initiatives, and corporate communication (if needed)
∎ Tasks assigned by the management.
