• Educational qualifications and experience may be relaxed for exceptional candidates

• Proven capability in nursery-related tender evaluation and winning

• Experience in comparative cost analysis and budget preparation

• Strong sourcing skills for quality nursery plants and materials

• Practical knowledge of horticulture nursery management, production, and sales

• Clear understanding of: Nursery production processes/Basic horticulture practices/Plant care, agronomy/Disease and pest control management

• Knowledge of plant wholesaling, retailing, and inventory management

• Understanding of climate change concepts and CO₂ trading business

• Excellent skills in: Report writing/Budgeting/People management/Work prioritization and time management

• Ability to work under pressure in a challenging environment

• Strong leadership and decision-making capability

• Ensure proper budget planning and conduct regular physical inventory checks to minimize loss or damage

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as per approved sales projections

• Manage technical nursery operations and ensure variety-wise quality sapling production

• Optimize land utilization as per approved production plans

• Monitor and control plant diseases, pests, weeds, and environmental risks

• Execute merchandising strategies including barcode/tag implementation

• Maintain accurate inventory and ensure minimal damage or loss

• Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders to generate sales

• Organize fairs, exhibitions, and promotional activities to boost sales

• Supervise staff and labor, ensuring productivity, welfare, and discipline

• Control production and overhead costs effectively

• Prepare and submit reports timely as required by management

• Ensure team safety and enforce safeguarding policies

• Promote a safe, harassment-free, and compliant work environment

• Follow safeguarding reporting procedures for any report able incidents

• Perform any other duties assigned by management
