Job Overview
We are looking for experienced Manager / Senior Manager – Production professionals to oversee production operations across our spinning units. Candidates must have strong technical knowledge of yarn manufacturing and proven leadership in large-scale spinning operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise complete spinning production operations.
Achieve daily production targets while maintaining required quality levels.
Monitor machine performance and coordinate with Maintenance teams.
Optimize manpower utilization and minimize wastage.
Prepare and analyze daily/weekly production reports (MIS).
Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Maintain compliance with SOPs, buyer requirements, and safety standards.
Train and monitor operators, supervisors, and section leaders.
