Responsibilities & Context:
Job Summary:
Aman Group is looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Manager – Production & Operation (Layer Farm) to lead our Layer farm operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production, flock health management, and operational excellence while maintaining compliance with biosecurity and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee overall production and operations of the Layer Farm.
Plan, implement, and monitor production schedules to achieve targeted egg output and quality.
Ensure proper feed, health, and management practices for maximum flock performance.
Monitor biosecurity measures and farm hygiene standards.
Supervise and develop farm staff, ensuring proper training and productivity.
Maintain accurate records of production, mortality, vaccination, and feed consumption.
Coordinate with senior management for farm expansion, cost control, and operational strategies.
Ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies.
Any other task assigned by the management.
