Educational Requirements:
∎ Master / MBA in any discipline preferably Marketing.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 14 to 18 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for leading the existing land sales team.
∎ Responsible for dealing with clients and provide them project information.
∎ Responsible for regular following-up clients and maintain their records.
∎ Responsible for dealing in-house client.
∎ Responsible for visiting land with client for their satisfaction.
∎ Responsible for maintaining after sales officials formalities i.e. check application form, prepare payment schedule, deed of agreement and signing to the client.
∎ Any other activities when required by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary: Negotiable
