∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering, Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) in Architecture
∎ Skills Required: Customer Support/ Client Service, Excellent communication skill, Excellent sales and negotiation skills, Strong Convincing Negotiation Skills, Very good skills in MS Office and Social Communication.

∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers
∎ Strong relationship with PWD, MES and relevant architects, other Govt. approval bodies, specially develops building projects.
∎ Develop market strategies by researching lists of high potential prospects
∎ Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service - Manage customer support. Plan and support sales and marketing activities.
∎ Manage client expectations, external consultants and contractors.
∎ Target and market business opportunities.
∎ Utilize known contact and sales channels.
∎ Comprehensive knowledge of product, proposal development, through design, estimating, bid phase, contracts and construction, commissioning, and closeout activities.
∎ Should have experience of building Materials sales in Bangladesh market.
∎ Should be capable of leading sales team.
∎ Should have strategic knowledge for market development.
∎ Proficient with MS Office Suite, including MS Project.
∎ Travel is required to client locations for sales and business development purpose.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Should have experience of building Materials sales.
