Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Commerce in Accountancy/Finance from reputed universities of home and abroad
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Leading and monitoring the team efficiently
∎ Monitor the accounting activities on Daily / Weekly / Monthly basis and ensure proper maintenance of all Books of Accounts
∎ Ensuring periodic Financial Reports for the management and stakeholders
∎ Liaison with banks and financial institutes
∎ Supervising overall operations and looking after proper financial records
∎ Performing feasibility study, financial analysis, financial projections, and decision making issues
∎ Ensure monthly/quarterly and annual tax VAT issues
∎ Performing financial review and audit of financial statements of SBUs (sister concerns)
∎ Performing relevant market studies
∎ Facing external/statutory auditors, consultants, and others
∎ Any other tasks provided by the management to perform
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Professional degree/certification will be an added advantage
∎ Should have the experience to lead a team
∎ Experience in the related sector will be preferred
∎ Strong communication and Interpersonal Skills
