Experience:
Professional certification in Security Management (CPP, PSP, CSMP) or training in CCTV Surveillance, Fire & Safety, Industrial Security, and Crisis Management will be considered an added advantage.
In-depth knowledge of industrial security and surveillance systems (CCTV, access control, alarms).
Expertise in risk assessment, incident investigation, and emergency response.
Sound knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and buyer audit requirements.
Excellent coordination with law enforcement and local authorities.
Strong communication, reporting, and documentation skills.
Ability to handle labor unrest, theft prevention, and crisis situations.
Proficiency in training, supervising, and motivating security personnel.
Analytical, proactive, and disciplined decision-making skills.
Security Management
Develop, implement, and oversee the factory’s overall security strategy, policies, and procedures.
Ensure round-the-clock security of premises, assets, employees, and materials.
Supervise and monitor security guards, supervisors, and surveillance teams.
Prevent unauthorized entry, theft, pilferage, fire hazards, and any security breach.
Surveillance Operations
Manage and monitor the CCTV surveillance system and ensure proper coverage of all critical areas.
Regularly review CCTV footage for suspicious activities, incidents, or compliance monitoring.
Ensure CCTV equipment, access control, and alarm systems are functioning properly and maintained.
Coordinate with IT/technical teams for repair, upgrading, and data storage of surveillance systems.
Personnel & Visitor Control
Implement strict access control for employees, visitors, and vehicles.
Supervise ID card issuance, gate pass system, and visitor log maintenance.
Monitor workers’ entry/exit to prevent unauthorized movement of goods and people.
Crisis & Incident Management
Lead investigations into theft, misconduct, accidents, or disputes.
Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and local authorities when required.
Manage emergency situations such as fire, labor unrest, sabotage, or natural disasters.
Prepare incident reports and recommend preventive actions.
Compliance & Safety
Ensure compliance with buyers’ Code of Conduct, factory audit requirements, and labor laws.
Conduct periodic security risk assessments and recommend improvements.
Maintain compliance with safety, health, and environment (SHE) standards related to security.
Team Leadership & Training
Recruit, train, and evaluate security personnel for discipline, alertness, and professional conduct.
Conduct security drills, emergency evacuation drills, and awareness training for staff.
Maintain discipline and motivation within the security workforce.
Asset & Information Protection
Safeguard factory property, machinery, raw materials, finished goods, and confidential information.
Implement measures to prevent smuggling of goods or leakage of sensitive information.
Monitor loading/unloading of materials and shipment security.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain records of security incidents, daily surveillance logs, visitor logs, and guard deployment rosters.
Submit regular security reports to higher management with analysis and recommendations.
Ensure all security-related documentation is audit-ready.
