∎ Bachelor degree from a reputed University/Institute

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing security operations and leading security teams;
∎ Ensure Guard at entry points, permitting or refusing entry, restraining trespassers, and direct heavy traffic during start and end of business hours;
∎ Monitor & supervise overall management of Security personnel;
∎ Maintain proper discipline of the security guards;
∎ Provide Individual instructions for each post, attendance, use of security equipment, dress standard, training etc;
∎ Deal with incidents as and when required;
∎ Ensure that there is no unauthorized person in the restricted area;
∎ Report daily activities and any incidents to the management;
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the Top Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ 5-7 years of relevant experience with a large reputed organization;
∎ Retired entry-level Official from BD Armed Forces or BD Police will be given preference;
∎ Strong Communication skills in English and Bengali;
∎ Able to use MS Office suit (MS Word, MS Excel) and email.
