∎ Bachelor degree from a reputed University/Institute

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design & implement policies of corporate security (including - internal investigations, workplace violence, contract guard force, crisis management etc.);
∎ Ongoing review of existing security, and initiate new programs at all facilities nationwide;
∎ Lead the Crisis Management and Disaster Management initiatives;
∎ Provide leadership to support service staff through recruitment and supervision;
∎ Orient and train the personnel on a routine and regular basis;
∎ Maintain organization's stability and reputation by ensuring ongoing regulatory compliance;
∎ Keep constant contact and liaison with the Local Authorities, Govt/Semi-Govt Organizations to ensure compliance, and to create advocacy on behalf of the organization;
∎ Supervise all activities related to safeguarding, maintenance and management of assets;
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the Top Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ 15 years of relevant experience with a large reputed organization;
∎ Retired Mid-level Official from BD Armed Forces or BD Police will be given preference;
∎ Strong and proven leadership, administrative and negotiation skills;
∎ Self-motivated, dynamic and capable to work under pressure;
∎ Strong Communication skills in English and Bengali;
∎ Able to use MS Office suit (MS Word, MS Excel) and email.
