Job Context:
∎ Labaid is a leading brand in healthcare sector of Bangladesh. We are inviting applications for eligible candidate for the position.
∎ Job Location : Dhaka but must have ability to move around the country.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Will be responsible for Construction project Scheduling, Estimating, Billing, Budgeting and site visit as and when required.
∎ Supervise and monitor all construction works to ensure progress of construction & renovation works as per schedule.
∎ Monitor and maintain the quality of construction work as per design, drawing, specification & safety security guidelines.
∎ Preparing the construction material requisitions for purchase to ensure quantity & quality and stock-control
∎ Coordinate Engineering team activities & field progress with relevant departments providing advice, counseling as & when required
∎ Follow up activities and lead a team of Engineers, site Supervisors, workers and subcontractors.
∎ Preparation of Construction Progress report, Checking of construction bills & send authorize to management for approval process.
∎ Ensure Audit Compliance at construction site as per Company Standards.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Minimum 8 years of experience in Construction of high-rise building project with basement.
∎ Should have sound knowledge & Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
∎ Should have knowledge on Structural design and provide feedback to any stakeholders
∎ Ability to effectively inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building codes, safety codes and other regulations.
∎ Ability to effectively read and understand construction drawing.
∎ Supervise the repairing work of RCC frame structures, Prefabricated Building.
∎ In-depth knowledge and experience of Utility & Maintenance.
∎ Should have depth knowledge of relevant building codes & regulations likes BNBC, ACI code etc
∎ Should have experiences in handling good number of projects including large projects.
