Job Context:
∎ To ensure proper security and protocol to one of the largest Elevated Expressway Project
∎ (28 km) of Bangladesh located in Chattogram.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure all physical security measures in the different sites are operational and adequate.
∎
∎ Periodically practice emergency response plan in all facilities.
∎
∎ Maintain proper coordination with other cross-functional departments.
∎
∎ Supervise Management security personnel. Ensure the security personnel is performing duties sincerely, smartly, and delicately.
∎
∎ Maintain good relations with local law enforcement agencies.
∎
∎ Pro-actively ensuring the protection of property and assets.
∎
∎ Ensure regular patrol at every location of the project to establish and maintain full security control.
∎
∎ Oversee whether records of entry and exit of visitors, materials, vehicles, and other records as per the requirement of the company.
∎
∎ Weekly, Monthly train up security guards regarding their duties & responsibility as security.
∎
∎ Preventing and detecting offenses at the site.
∎
∎ Respond to and investigate all complaints or incidents related to security issues and report ensuring remedial actions.
∎
∎ To make weekly/monthly duty roster for the security officers, inspectors, and guards.
∎
∎ Ensure proper service from outsourced security supplier, check duties, and monthly bills.
∎
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management time to time.
∎
