Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor the sales team of the respective nation.
∎ Analyze the market potentiality
∎ Interact with other departments of the company to ensure sales requirements.
∎ Set sales targets for individual to company guidelines
∎ Monitor Regional Sales Manager's activities and make them as functional.
∎ Create, Develop and implement Strategy to develop brand image and sales growth.
∎ Motivate & retain the sales team of the respective nation.
∎ Ensure organizational Policy, rules & regulations are strictly followed.
∎ Keep up to date with products, competitors and market intelligence
∎ Provide timely feedback to Director regarding performance.
∎ Monitor individual performance.
∎ Set Sales target of the sales team.
∎ Co-operate with marketing strategy.
∎ Cascade organizational policy and guideline to field level members.
∎ Ensure sales growth as per marketing strategy.
∎ Ensure proper discipline of the FFs.
∎ Lead Sales team with dynamic, motivation, enthusiasm, and act proactively to reach
∎ company objectives.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent verbal & written communication skill
∎ Good command in English Language
∎ Good knowledge on MS Office Package
Salary: Negotiable
