Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have strong network in business community to appoint new dealer at his assigned regions.
∎ Set sales target & achieve the company goal.
∎ To develop & implement long and short-term strategies and plan for growth.
∎ Interact with the sales team to develop sales plans and strategies.
∎ Provide necessary guidelines to the distribution department for smooth delivery.
∎ Liaise with Production, Distribution, Brand, Accounts & other associated departments for smooth operation.
∎ Must be target-oriented and have to achieve target monthly, quarterly, yearly.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Computer literacy, Consumer Behavior Understanding, Excellent communication skill, Good Team Leader
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Corporate Sales, Corporate Sales (B2B Business), Corporate Sales and Marketing, Modern Trade
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Manufacturing (FMCG)
∎ Should be able to work under pressure and for a long time.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized & self-driven.
∎ Valid motorbike license.
