Responsibilities & Context:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve room, F&B, banquets, and event revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities in corporate, leisure, group, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Events) segments.
- Manage sales pipelines, close deals, and ensure monthly/quarterly revenue targets are met.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, OTAs, and event organizers.
- Conduct sales calls, client visits, and participate in industry events/trade fairs to expand the resort’s business network.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with corporate houses, MNCs, and travel partners.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, contracts, and client communications.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports for management.
- Present performance reviews and new business proposals to the CEO
