∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing will get preference.

∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Practical knowledge on Sales of Lands, Plots and Apartments
∎ To handle Direct & Corporate sales, revenue, budget with proper planning & execution
∎ To Work as direct sales activity as well as motivate to sales executives to achieve personal & company sales targets
∎ Ability to take challenge to achieve the personal sales target
∎ Should have positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic sales plan
∎ Prepare proposals to corporate organization, prepare agreement with corporate organization, Prepare sales agreement with clients, Prepare allotment letter to clients
∎ Must be self motivated and dynamic
∎ To use Digital Marketing tools for promoting products of the company
∎ To arrange Event Management for promoting products of the company, Housing Fair, Seminars & Others way of promotion
∎ To Plan & implementation Corporate sales, Institutional Sales & Direct Sales
∎ Able to communicate with wide network of different professionals, businessman, service holders, corporate offices and look for prospective customers
∎ To look after customer quarries with satisfaction and relationship develop
∎ Be able to maintain good atmosphere in the office and with other sales personals so as to enhance team building spirit
∎ Any other task assigned by Management.

∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience Requirements At most 5 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Land, Plots, Apartment Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Housing, Land Development, Real Estate
∎ The applicants should have direct knowledge about Digital Marketing
∎ Knowledge about Event Management for promoting products of the company
