Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Evaluates market information & situation to find new scope of Real-estate Business.
∎ Initiate action plan to identify potential market along with new sales opportunities.
∎ Visit & meet the potential customers as frequently as possible. Developing and implementing sales process.
∎ Do the needful evaluation & research on the present and upcoming Real-estate market trends.
∎ Developing and drive sales initiatives to achieve set goals fixed by the management.
∎ Ensure Team/Individual Sales as per the plan.
∎ Handling all customers and parties with proper care.
∎ Receiving customer’s feedback/ problems and solving them without delay.
∎ Prepare sales report as per requirement of higher management.
∎ Any other assignments given by the management from time to time.
