Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Heavy Construction Equipment, Marketing, Sales
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify potential customers both private, public and Government.
∎ Analyze Market potential and competition.
∎ Prepare sales plan.
∎ Set sales strategy to achieve sales target.
∎ Establish relation with customers.
∎ Establish Retail Partnership with other companies in this field.
∎ Keep track of upcoming sales opportunities.
∎ Manage selling tools like presentation, catalog/leaflet, event etc.
∎ Participate Tender/RFQ.
∎ Sales of Construction Equipment.
∎ Lead a sales team towards goal.
∎ Coordinate with Customer service team to provide customer service timely.
∎ Raise demand of product timely to import and delivery or issue PI.
∎ Coordinate with other internal functions to get support.
∎ Overall sales management and growth management.
∎ Report to Divisional Head.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experienced in selling construction equipment.
∎ Expert in Tender and quotation prepare and submit process.
∎ Knowledge about construction equipment market and competition.
∎ Contacts with potential customers.
∎ Selling skill with good track record.
∎ Organized, motivated and dynamic sales leader.
∎ Self-motivated and driven by targets
∎ Excellent strong communication skills including both verbal and written
∎ The capability to flourish in a competitive environment
∎ Ability to influence and negotiate with others
Salary: Negotiable
