Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capability in closing a sales deal by working independently develop and focus on acquisition.
∎ Drive LPG business across the country & ensure consistent profitable growth by effectively managing Distributor network
∎ Develop Key Performance Indicator for Distributors and set challenging targets
∎ Expand sales channel/ distributor network in underpenetrated areas to improve sales coverage and effectiveness
∎ Develop and execute growth plans to penetrate LPG market segments
∎ Manage day-to-day operations, strategic prioritization, goal setting, performance management, and skill development of team members
∎ Scale the team by sharing opportunities for increased effectiveness and efficiency
∎ Ensure and fulfill company’s key Sales Objectives (Revenue, Reach, Acquisition of new customers, Customer satisfaction, etc.) for self and team
∎ In partnership with Client Partner, identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our customers
∎ Build and manage relationships with key clients and agency partners (media, creative, marketing partners, etc.)
∎ Communicate and collaborate with our partner/clients
∎ Lead the team to achieve the goal, Grow the business, Identify partnership opportunities
∎ Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and expansion of market coverage.
∎ Retain existing business and plan to grow market share
∎ Understand the needs of our customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these
∎ Think critically when planning to assure project success Qualifications
∎ Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with the ability to identify key opportunities and transform them into action
∎ Understanding and experience in the digital marketing space in Bangladesh and experience in digital sales
∎ Strong Relationships with digital planning/buying contacts across agency landscape

∎ Candidate should have MBA preferred major in Marketing or a related field of study.
∎ At least 12+ years of Sales & Business Development, Team leader/Managerial experience with an ability to influence, develop, and empower people to achieve objectives.

∎ Ability to lead presentations and drive decisions at management level – internally and with our external advertising partners
